Work with me if you are someone who needs support balancing the primary focus of your life with the other parts of who you are and want to be.

Teens who need support with time management and parents who need support with creating space for self-care are two groups that I specialize in.

how does coaching work?

Coaching begins by looking at the ways your life either does or does not align with the life that you most aspire to. You explore the ways that your daily choices lead you either closer or further away from your dreams, and from there practice implementing more conscious choices around what to hold onto and what to let go of.

Through coaching you step into your own fullness and away from what holds you back.

WHO IS COACHING FOR?

There's a misconception that coaching is for unhappy people whose lives are in complete disarray. While it's true that people in those conditions would benefit from coaching, coaching more commonly supports people who simply want to go from 'fine' to 'great'. Coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their life, to grow themselves, to make changes that bring them closer to living the life of their dreams.

At Inner Bridge the focus is on both teen athletes and parents who need support balancing all of the demands on their time, but I work with folks of all ages on a wide range of topics. As long as you want to be active in setting the course of your life and are willing to invest creatively and emotionally in that process, I'd love to connect.

One’s destination is never a place but rather a new way of looking at things.
