Adult Coaching Options & Fees

Everyone that comes to coaching has different needs and different goals. No one person is going to take the same journey. That said, one thing that can be expected to be consistent for everyone is that coaching requires investment in order to be successful.

It is recommended that coaching clients complete a minimum of eight sessions and clients are asked to hold that intent as they begin their coaching journey. Changes do not happen overnight, and often there is a period of trial and error as new life strategies are devised and tested out.

In order to accommodate varying circumstances, clients at Inner Bridge can choose from the coaching packages below:

Beam bridge package

A simple, steady coaching package, the Beam package is recommended for people who:

  • Are exploring big aspects of their life that are not time sensitive

  • Are confident in being able to self-start

  • Benefit from flexible routines

Fees:

  • $195 New Client Fee, includes:

    • One 90-minute introductory session

  • $215 Monthly Fee, includes:

    • 2x 50-minute coaching sessions per month

    • Regular email/text check-ins

arch bridge coaching

A more active coaching package, the Arch package is recommended for people who:

  • Are exploring aspects of their life that are time sensitive

  • Are exploring their daily habits and routines

  • Need extra support staying focused on their goals

  • Benefit from regular routines

Fees:

  • $195 New Client Fee, includes:

    • One 90-minute introductory session

  • $350 Monthly Fee, includes:

    • Weekly 40-minute coaching sessions

    • Regular email/text check-ins

What's Included?

In addition to the work that we do within each session, when you begin a coaching journey with Inner Bridge you also have regular email access/communication with me. That connection may take the form of additional exploratory exercises, deepening of personal reflections, follow-up inquiries for further exploration, and more. It's common for there to be personal breakthroughs and realizations between sessions, and it's important to know that you are supported throughout this journey.

The first step in getting started is setting up a free initial call so that we can meet, talk about why you're seeking coaching, and actually do a little "sample" coaching to see if it's a good fit. If it is, we'll talk about what kind of coaching structure would work best for you and set a course of action.
